He started working in IT straight out of high school, then transitioned to a successful career in insurance, helping families and businesses since 2003. In 2016, he followed a passion project making handcrafted mootz (mozzarella) out of his home. Vinnie's journey has been full of ups, downs, and lessons in perseverance — and he brings an open heart and real-world wisdom to every conversation.
